**Early intervention therapist**:
**Canterbury, Christchurch City, Addington**

$26 - $30 Hourly Fortnightly

Fixed Term/Temporary
- **Deliver one-on-one therapy to support neurodiverse children.**:

- **Support children’s growth in academic, social, and emotional skills.**:

- **Learn to communicate confidently with parents and team members.**

This role would be suitable for Psychology students, student teachers, or those with relevant experience.

A genuine interest in neurodiversity is essential.

You will need to have the ability to be compassionate, require patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

You will need to have high energy, adaptability, and a readiness to support children in dynamic situations.

Experience working with children is an advantage but not mandatory.

Deliver one-on-one therapy to support neurodiverse children.

Collaborate with a professional team guided by a neurodiverse specialist.

Contribute to the design and implementation of personalized programs.

Support children’s growth in academic, social, and emotional skills.

Be confident with using technology and collating data on each child.

Communicate confidently with parents and team members.
