We're on the lookout for an experienced digital marketer to join our talented Marketing and Communications team at Rotorua Lakes Council Working closely with the wider marketing and communications team, this role will partner with business units across the organisation to plan, create and execute multi-channel marketing plans that deliver to Council's strategic goals.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is an important part of Council's "internal agency": marketing, communications, design and digital. So it goes without saying we are looking for a team player / collaborator with a positive, can-do attitude.

**About you**:

- You'll have a tertiary qualification in marketing or similar and have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a digital marketing role.
- You've got a handle on doing campaigns across the channel multiverse and understand that its horses for courses to engage your target audience.
- Data is your friend, and you're a proficient user of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta
- You are experienced in managing projects and working with a wide range of stakeholders in a large organisation.
- You'll have a sense of humour and thrive in a fast-paced and fun working environment.
