Yce Co-ordinator

**The opportunity / Te Whiwhinga mahi**
- Permanent, Full-time

The “Youth & Community Engagement (YCE) Coordinator - Youth Guarantee” will support the YCE Priority Learners Manager in the effective coordination and administration of Youth Guarantee (YG). The role is based at the Mokoia campus with regular travel to other delivery sites required.

Key to your success in this role will be your demonstrated ability to:

- Work closely with ākonga, Kaiako and other support kaimahi to facilitate well-being and pathways support
- Coordinate all administration and reporting requirements of YG for relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Be a superstar at building and maintaining relationships, particularly with YCE stakeholders

**About you / He kōrero mōu**
- The skills, experience and qualifications required for this role include:

- A tertiary qualification at Diploma level
- Minimum of three years’ experience in Project coordination and administration
- Experience of work with or in secondary schools as well as delivery and co-ordination of significant projects including financial management
- Full and current licence to lawfully drive in New Zealand
