Our Recruitment Centre provides specialist in-house recruitment solutions, support and advice to our organisation. We are a busy team of 6 Recruitment Consultants and 2 Recruitment Coordinators, recruiting close to 2500 hires a year.
Our team works in a fast paced and high volume environment, where attention to the smallest detail and observation and adherence to process and policy is paramount. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will work within a designated portfolio and will be a point of contact for our applicants and well as our hiring managers and as such you will need to build rapport, communicate our standards and process, and problem solve.
You will have fantastic interpersonal skills and the confidence to initiate phone conversations, support with assessment days, keep our records up to date and provide support to the recruitment portfolio assigned to you. You will utilise a range of different technologies to manage key phases of the recruitment process, so a high level of computer literacy is essential and previous experience working with Taleo will be advantageous.
Most important to us is the ability to fit into our team. You will be a positive team player with good customer service and communication skills that are second to none. A strong work ethic and valuing everyone is a must.
