Are you an intermediate level Artworker / Mac Designer who is keen and eager to step into a great creative art working role at an independent agency in growth mode, and make the role your own?

In this role you will be responsible for working hand in hand with the creative, design and project management teams, assisting in the creation and production of assets predominantly for print
and digital.

Projects you will regularly work on include printed material, digital advertising assets (EDMs, banners etc.), packaging, DM, and presentation work. This is a role for a creative individual who knows all the ins and outs of InDesign and has extensive knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.

Excellent knowledge of the production process is essential, as you will be responsible for file creation and final dispatch. You will have excellent aesthetic judgment, attention to detail and a willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You must have great communication skills and an eye for design, as this is more than just a Mac Operator role. You will also need to work quickly and accurately and within existing client brand guidelines, adding personality and a point of difference as you go. You are confident and comfortable taking direct briefs from corporate clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- File creation through to final dispatch for both print and digital specifications
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client guidelines across all channels
- Work closely with creatives, designers, and project managers to ensure all work is delivered correctly and on time
- Simple photo-retouching
- Efficient filing and archiving of the studio work in line with agency protocols
- Review and quality control all work before releasing projects to subsequent departments

- Layout, type, and design skills
- A comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Suite
- The ability to multitask several projects at once
- The ability to work swiftly and accurately to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of print and digital production
- A strong interest in systems to help further develop the best-practice systems

- PowerPoint
- Keynote
- Acrobat
- Experience with online sign off and image database systems
