**About the role**:
As a Foreman Builder, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Your duties will involve managing and coordinating construction activities, enforcing safety protocols, and upholding high-quality standards. Your leadership and expertise will motivate and guide construction teams to deliver exceptional outcomes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and on-site personnel, ensuring seamless teamwork.
- Step in to perform hands-on tasks alongside the construction team when needed.
- Interpret drawings and specifications to guarantee precise and accurate construction.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to swiftly resolve any issues.
- Implement and enforce comprehensive safety regulations and procedures.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Efficiently manage material procurement, inventory, and equipment to optimize resources.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and actively participate in project meetings.
- Mentor and train staff to elevate their skills and on-site performance, fostering professional growth.

**About you**:

- You will have at least 5 years of experience as a Foreman Builder or in a comparable position.
- Demonstrated expertise in construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively motivate and manage teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- Must possess a valid NZ driver's license and dependable transportation.
