**Job Title**: Car Grooming Detailer

**Location**: Lower Hutt

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Requirements**:

- No prior experience or qualifications are required, but would be an advantage if you have experience in car grooming.
- On-the-job training will be provided if you are the right one.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Wash, dry, polish, and wax vehicle exteriors to maintain a clean and presentable appearance.
- Vacuum vehicle interiors, and dry clean carpets and upholstery to keep them in optimal condition.
- Clean and polish vehicle windows for improved visibility and appearance.
- Empty and clean compartments in vehicles to maintain a tidy interior.
- Perform minor repairs and touch up finishes to remove scratches, when necessary.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, and notify the supervisor or manager when supplies need to be replenished.
- Follow company policies and guidelines on the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure environmental compliance and employee safety.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and courteously with clients, and promptly addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Work with team members to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of services, including vehicle pick-up and delivery, as needed.
