**Qualifications**
You are:

- Experience in a Front Office or Reception role at a medium-to-large Hotel is advantageous, but not required
- A **people person** with a natural ability to connect with guests and make them feel at home, no matter where they’re from
- Organized and great with time management, with strong written and verbal communication skills to match
- A **team player** who loves working in a fast-paced environment but can also take charge and work independently when needed
- Full of **energy & initiative**, always striving to create an exceptional experience for every guest you meet
