**The Role**

This is Full-Time Supervisor role at our Hamilton Schools Depot. As the Charter Supervisor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end charter business, from the initial quote through to the charter on the day, ensuring the smooth punctual operation of all charter runs. Being able to manage multiple tasks and communicate with staff and customers is essential for this role.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Managing charter bookings, quotes and ensuring smooth punctual operation of all charters.
- Managing our local team of drivers including staff training.
- Rostering weekly driver and fleet allocations.
- Managing services schedules for full Hamilton Schools fleet.
- Accident and complaint investigation & resolution.
- Promote H&S in the workplace, support the company’s objectives and conduct investigations.
- Investigate customer feedback and proactively and promptly resolve any concerns.
- Building relationships with our charter customers while growing the overall charter business.
- And other tasks as required by business including driving.

**To be successful you must have**:

- Class 2 & 4 Licence & P Endorsement (we can support with this).
- Excellent customer service and operational experience.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills demonstrating a practical people-oriented approach.
- Focus on results with a hands-on practical approach.
- Attention to detail and be proficient with technology.
- Planning and organising.
- Ability to adapt & cope with change.
