Supermarket Assistants

Unveiling a brand-new chapter in Mount Maunganui, we proudly introduce Four Square Mount Maunganui Nestled at the very heart of this vibrant locale, is our newly built Four Square store that will offer barista made coffee, great food-to-go selection, all the everyday essentials and fresh faves that our customers could want, and all while providing the local service that Four Square is famous for. We are a family run business and have our people and community at the heart of our store.

With our official opening set for October, we are seeking a **Supermarket Assistants** in our Fresh team.

**The Role**:

- Work across the fresh department and other departments when needed.
- Ensure a consistently fresh & appealing shopping experience for customers.
- Help prepare fresh foods and serve customers.
- Handle customer transactions and ensure the till balances daily.
- Packing all customers’ goods with care
- Various part-time shifts:

- Sunday-Thursday 6.00am-1.00pm (Sunday, Monday) (Tuesday-Thursday 8.00am-4.00pm)
- Monday, Friday, Saturday 8.00am-4.00pm

**What are we looking for**:
Prior experience in Hospitality, Deli, or production cooking is advantageous
- Flexibility and willingness to learn all aspects of the store
- Friendly and chatty - can communicate at all levels
- Motivated and reliable - honest with a good work ethic
- ️Ability to multitask and work at a pace with attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
