You will thrive in a busy environment and will love taking on hotel responsibility in absence of the Night Manager & the wider management team.

This is a great step for an experienced hotel receptionist to take on a leadership position and gain further development and exposure to greater hotel operations.

**Your daily tasks will include**:

- Prepare reports and statistical information in accordance with night audit procedures
- Processing of guest account transactions
- Responding quickly to all guest concerns and following up with relevant departments.
- Leading a Night team to display the Pullman Auckland brand essentials at all times
- Management of the security and safety of both hotel guests and employee

**Qualifications** You will bring with you**:

- Previous front office experience at supervisory level (preferred)
- A full NZ driver’s license
- Knowledge of Opera is advantageous (preferred)
- Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication - both written and verbal
- Leadership capability.
