In this exciting opportunity, you will partner with the Ingram Micro NZ business to hunt and further develop key relationships across our reseller and vendor community, to grow business revenue for Agency Ingram Micro (AIM).

A strong relationship builder and strategic thinker, you will be tasked with uncovering potential opportunities, developing strong, stand-alone relationships and becoming a trusted marketing advisor to your clients.

**About the Role**:

- Hunt, build and manage new and existing agency-client relationships
- Prospect and uncover potential for growth, selling and representing AIM’s marketing capabilities.
- Conceptualise and plan out strategic marketing plans.
- Execute campaign plans either personally or manage through internal resources
- Exceed or reach revenue targets each month and quarter

**About You**:

- Previous background in agency, advertising or account management with a proven ability to conceptualize and execute B2B marketing strategies.
- Superior relationship-building skills, with a commercial mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in team management
- Communicate at all levels with confidence and intelligence.
- Advanced negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Consultative in your approach to deliver solutions that align to business objectives and maximise revenue.
- Tech background an advantage.
