**How will I know if I am suited to this type of work?**
- You will need a valid New Zealand driver's license & the permanent right to work in New Zealand.
- Be comfortable with working in isolation and being responsible for the safe delivery of passengers to their destination across the Wellington Rail network.
- Pride yourself in being fit in mind and body.
- Safety is your top priority, ensuring the well-being of yourself and others, and you are meticulous when it comes to following rules and procedures.
- You can concentrate for extended periods of time, staying vigilant to changes in your surroundings and adapting appropriately.
- You are capable of problem solving in relation to mechanical issues.(occasionally)
- You are a great team player with excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing great customer service
- You can be flexible around when you work, including weekends, late nights, and early mornings.

**What does the recruitment process look like?**

At Transdev, safety is our top priority. The recruitment process is designed to ensure the safety of all involved.
