Pharmacy Manager

Extremely rare opportunity for an exciting management position. Reporting to the Pharmacist Owner who works in the business, the primary objective of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of **Unichem Pharmacy Greenmeadows**, providing support and motivation to drive exceptional customer service and grow new health services.

C**andidates who will be considered for this role should have at least 5 years' experience in a retail or health environment and have the following skills and experience-**
- A caring nature with a sense of humor and the ability to contribute positively to our team culture.
- Proven prior experience in team leadership and training.
- Ability to work autonomously whilst keeping relevant parties informed.
- An understanding of business KPI's and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills to enable effective interaction with staff, customers, and the business owner.
- A well organised individual who can prioritise workloads in the face of significant demands from time, people, customers and suppliers
- Experience in local area marketing and customer engagement an advantage
