**The role**

We’re looking for a motivated Salesforce Engineer to join our hard-working and high-performing Delivery team.

If you thrive in a collaborative, fresh-thinking team and have a ‘can do’ attitude, then we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Designing, enhancing, and supporting the Salesforce platform.
- Ensure cross-cutting concerns such as performance, availability, security and operations are effectively considered.
- Efficiently assess the causes and identify solutions for development or production issues, and effectively communicate the impact to stakeholders.
- Be a proactive champion of agile and modern software delivery practices and occasionally facilitate agile ceremonies.
- Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps.

**Qualifications and experience**
- 3-5 years’ experience developing customised Salesforce solutions.
- Experience identifying and resolving technical issues and providing solutions.
- Experience with full Salesforce development and implementation lifecycle including CI/CD tools and processes.
- Strong team, inter-personal and communication skills in an Agile environment.
