You're already successful in what you do and you are ready for a new challenge within our fast paced, performance oriented NZ wide transport and logistics company. You also like the fact that we offer development and we're located in Auckland - meaning this full time 5 shifts from a 7-day roster will be great to snap up.

**_ The What and Who..._**

You get transport and freight and you thrive on a challenge. You are comfortable with people and processes - the day to day operational responsibilities of supervising the Drivers so that all jobs are professionally completed according to the schedule, phoning customers to co-ordinate delivery and pick-up times, and ensuring the quality and security of customers' products.

**_ To be successful at Fliway, you'll be:_**
- Able to train and communicate effectively with our people (verbal and written)
- Fit for work - lifting, pushing, pulling, movement of freight by hand and trolley is required
- Safety focused - able to lead and manage health and safety in your team
- Good at using the computer, including Microsoft Office systems
- Eager to learn and develop new skills for advancement
