Workshop Technician, you will play a crucial role in the construction, repair, and maintenance of our
sailing vessels. You will be responsible for fabricating and welding various metal components to
ensure the structural integrity and quality of our boats. This is a full-time role, and you will be
expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to fabricate metal components.
- Perform welding tasks using MIG and ARC welding techniques.
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications.
- Forming and contouring metal sections and pipes utilizing both manual and automated tools, as
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure all welded parts meet company standards.
- Repair and modify metal parts as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 years of experience as a Workshop Technician or equivalent role in a marine or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various positions and environments.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
