**About the Role**
- As a Load Planner at our Distribution Centre in Tauriko, Tauranga, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient planning and coordination of product shipments, You will play a vital role in optimising our distribution processes, maximising load capacities and maintaining high standards of customer service as the point of contact for the Cartage Contractors. Your responsibilities will include;
- Organise cost effective daily load plans and vehicle/driver allocation to ensure best delivery coverage for customer deliveries, interstate site transfers and project works
- Work with the freight providers to manage performance of established standard fleet provision and compliance, driver performance, safety compliance including COR and training, safety incident reporting and management
- Investigate and analyse DIFOT misses and develop specific action plans to address misses
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers, sales, planning and inventory teams, and assist with effectively resolving any concerns.

**About You**
- Working with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally, you will need to have a strong customer focus, high organisational and planning skills and display excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:

- 3 to 5 years of similar logistic/distribution experience within the supply chain/planning industry
- A tertiary qualification in business or supply chain is advantageous but not essential
- Flexibility, adaptability and experience within a fast-paced working environment
- Exceptional time management skills, sense of urgency and strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional Microsoft Word and Excel skills with working knowledge of ERP systems
