We’re looking for a **Long Life Manager **to join our **Countdown Moorhouse **team

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**
- Motivate, manage and lead our team
- Train and develop team members and supervisors in your department
- Sales planning, rostering, ordering of stock, maintaining merchandise standards and implement promotional planning
- Champion safety practices
- Ensure a proactive approach to all compliance requirements, keeping these records up to date and adhered to
- Ensure the store is always at peak capacity for daily trading for our customers

**In our next Long Life Manager we are looking for**
- Demonstrated knowledge and success in managing a retail environment
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience with ordering, stocktake, rostering and budgets
- Previous people leadership experience in a retail environment
- The ability to obtain a first aid, general managers and food safety certificate as well as a forklift licence

**The hours and days for this Long Life Manager position are:
Sunday to Thursday 0630-1600
