**What this role is responsible for**:
Maximize student engagement, learning and admissions outcomes through the design and execution of extra curricular projects. The service should meaningfully improve Crimson students chances of acceptance by 3x the national/international rates, and provide interim milestones to track progress.

**What your work entails:
**Outcomes**
- Make ECL a must-add service for Core students around the world by enhancing and regionalizing our current ECL product.
- Design and implement a structured curriculum that can be personalised to the student’s interests, but also provides guaranteed interim deliverables for parent progress updates.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and SD teams to achieve revenue goals and create more ECL offerings relevant to students’ interests and needs.
- Recruit and grow a team of professional advisers that work hand-in-hand with student teams and take ownership of projects from beginning to end.
- High client satisfaction through a seamless delivery of services (adviser allocated within 48 hrs, first session in 14 days of allocation, check-in points to ensure progress and identify roadblocks early on)
- Develop local ECL resources for strategy teams to further students’ gains and learnings in core sessions

**Competencies**
- Has passion and ownership for the product, knowing its impact on student outcomes
- Experience with project and/or people management

- Excellent communicator who is constantly seeking feedback to improve
- Can zoom in and out balancing the needs of individual regions with a global vision

- Sets high expectations in oneself and the team to ensure that each client has deliverables according to their timeline
