About the role
The role of Senior Client Experience Analyst is to listen, gather data and client, and develop actionable insights which tell compelling client stories to our leaders and frontline staff.
As a champion of the voice of the client, the Senior Client Experience Analyst is responsible to lead collaborative projects with Service Delivery teams, using best practice design thinking, qualitative research, and/or survey methodologies to support continuous improvement for our clients.

About you

**To be successful in the role, you will have the following**:

- Strong client focus
- Relevant experience and qualifications in designing and leading client research using qualitative and/or quantitative methods
- Strong experience using the principles and methodology that underpin client experience and service design
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Can find solutions to complex problems
- Can develop and facilitate client workshops
- Strong computer literacy with experience using analytical software, and digital collaboration tools

Position Description

**Salary range**: $95,546.00 - $116,778.00
