Full time Mac-Op/Artworker role available for a digital savvy graphic designer.

We’re looking for a Mac-Op/Artworker - preferably with motion graphic skills - to join our head office team in Rosedale, Auckland. You’ll be working in a team of amazing creatives and content creators to help elevate the North Beach design offering.
Purpose of the role
Roll out North Beach designs across multiple dims and platforms.
Pump out high quality creative for a diverse range of customer types, brands and promotions.
Offer creative thinking and new ideas to a team that are all about doing cool stuff.
Evolve NB’s digital and instore presence with motion graphics.
Primary Functions
As part of the Marketing team, work closely with the Marketing Lead and designers to produce and roll out designs across multiple channels, including:
BONUS: Take static designs and animate them so they come alive in digital ads and on our instore display screens.
Ensure all creative output is on-brand, on-brief and of a high quality.
Support the Marketing and Ecommerce teams to hit challenging revenue targets.
Other Things
Provide cover for other staff members in their absence.
Assist with general admin when required.
Review and collate statistics. Document work processes ,improve and update where necessary.
Performance Outcomes
Campaigns are cohesive across all channels and departments.
Collaborative culture embraced.
Full support provided to the Marketing team where needed.
You
Tertiary qualification in design.
Design experience in an agency or professional setting (bonus points for retail industry experience).
Eye for detail, accurate and speedy.
Proficient in:
Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier.
Interest in animation/motion graphics (experience preferred).
Interest in marketing and knowledge of social media platforms from a marketing perspective is a bonus.
Personality-wise you exhibit most of the following characteristics:
Confidence, flexibility, initiative, resilience, imagination, nose-to-the-grindstone hard work and a collaborative style.
