**About the role of CEO**:
As CEO of Crest Hospital the opportunity is there for you to influence and drive our future growth and success. Reporting to the Board of Directors you will be responsible for delivering our vision to our wider hospital stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to:

- 1) Developing long-term business relationships across the business’s touch points.
- 2) Driving operational excellence ensuring our patients receive the very best care possible
- 3) Enabling our innovative performance-based culture to thrive and grow
- 4) Managing the financial performance of the hospital
- 5) Growing and developing future investment opportunities for our people and business.
- 6) Leading and inspiring our team to improve all aspects of the hospital's growth focusing on our patients and the care they receive.

We envisage you will have held a senior role within a medically related field or a similarly complex operationally driven business. You will have been successful in leadership and have the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with a wide-ranging group of stakeholders. You will have a particular affinity with the importance of people to an organisation, and especially to patients entering and staying within our state-of-the-art hospital.
