**The Company**

Our client is a leading food manufacturing business who are continuing to experience strong organic growth further securing their position as a market leader in their space. They are now looking for a Reliability Engineer to join one of their largest sites, and be responsible for rolling out reliability strategies and improvements across 5 sites within Australia and NZ. The role can be based in either Melbourne or Ballarat.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Engineering Manager and closely working alongside Maintenance, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing a team of trades ensuring maintenance and project activities are being completed effectively including quality, cost, time and productivity requirements.
- Developing the maintenance team in fault finding techniques, RCA, Fishbone Diagrams and other methodologies to facilitate a thorough and proactive maintenance culture.
- Implementing changes, upgrades or modifications to existing systems.

**Your Background**
- Trade qualified ideally in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Extensive experience developing and implementing maintenance strategies to bring about a proactive and preventative maintenance culture.
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis techniques, as well as CI methodologies, including; 5S and LEAN.
- You will be a strong communicator, both verbal and written with excellent problem solving abilities.
