We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Agribusiness banking professional to join the BNZ in Nelson. This role has not been available for some time and presents a unique opportunity to make a difference to customers across Nelson, Tasman and the West Coast.

We sat down with our Senior Partner, who let us know the following about the role:
**What is the team culture and environment like?**

You will be joining a supportive team of experienced Agribusiness, Commercial & Business Partners, allowing you to share knowledge, learn from others and continually grow and develop. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who's motivated to help put their stamp on our culture rather than hoping that the team will take care of that for them.

This role is a great mix of working independently and coming together as a team to deliver for our clients.

**What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?**

Agribusiness in Nelson/Tasman and down the West Coast has great diversity - you'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients in dairy, sheep & beef, horticulture and viticulture - this presents real opportunity to grow BNZ's presence and to make your mark.

**What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity?**

We need to find someone with a who is motivated by connecting with new opportunities - not afraid to put themselves out there or pick up the phone or jump in the car to see how we can help. Our clients and prospective clients expect us to add value to them and what they do - we have to make every interaction count.

**What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?**

We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious team player who has a growth mindset and desire to contribute to the performance of our region.

Ideally, you will also have a high level of commercial acumen, and either an already established Agribusiness professional network or proven ability to grow a network, to help serve our customers brilliantly
