Guidewire Developers:

- Proficient in Guidewire development tools and technologies.

Integration Developers:

Business Analysts (BAs):

- Experienced in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions within Guidewire.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Quality Assurance (QAs):

- Proficient in manual testing techniques and tools.
- Experience in creating and executing test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Attention to detail and effective bug reporting skills.

Automated Quality Assurance (Auto QAs):

- Expertise in test automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, etc.
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Experience in continuous integration and deployment practices.

Project Managers:

- Proven track record in managing Guidewire implementation projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and risk management abilities.

️ Architects:

- Deep understanding of Guidewire architecture and design principles.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Ability to provide technical leadership to development teams.

Experience in a consulting setting is highly desirable. We're looking for individuals with a client-focused attitude, adeptness in dealing with ambiguity, and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
