An opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrator to join our Livestock Administration team on a permanent full-time basis in our Dunedin office.
**About the role**:
Day to day our Livestock Administration team undertakes a full range of administration duties including the processing of livestock transactions and thinking outside the box to resolve a range of queries from both internal and external customers. As well as being a strong Administrator with a passion for numbers, you will need to be a people person as this role will work with the wider livestock teams, Finance and our client's.
**To be successful in the role you will need**:
- A second-to-none telephone and customer service attitude
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- A high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent computer skills, in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software packages and processes
- The ability to work as a team player and get on with a range of people
- Knowledge and experience of the rural sector will be an advantage.
