Cellar Hand

We have a **Fixed Term** **Cellar Hand **position available within our friendly winery team at Wither Hills in Marlborough. The applicant will participate actively in all aspects of daily operations in the winery completed in line with SOP's, following safety and continuous improvement framework. The applicant must have good standards of work ethic, positive mindset and to be a team player, be able to undertake all cellar work in timely manner, develop sound knowledge and proficiency of all cellar equipment and machinery, assist training new staff members, especially during harvest.
- Cellar Hand or Lab Technician experience preferable but not essential
- Strong practical and technical ability and good learning agility; being open to new concepts.
- The ability to be flexible and versatile in the face of constantly changing priorities
- Ability to participate in projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work flexible and different scheduled work hours such as nights and/or weekends during the wine-making harvest period
