LinKIDS Waitaha (Canterbury) is a child health
coordination service, which was established to support new-borns into a variety
of health services. This kapa (team) aims to improve tūroro (patient)
engagement and Māori health. This kapa (team) is looking for an administrator
to support these outcomes.
We are looking for an administrator who is able to
support, develop and maintain operational processes, in order to provide an
effective service delivery within this department. This administrator will be
part of a tūroro (patient) focused service delivery team and will be
responsible for supporting the team to deliver operational and strategic
outcomes.
This position is Fixed term, part time position working 18 hours a week.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Communicating with whānau to facilitate engagement
- Communicating with external and internal stakeholders
- Manage the patient management system
- Manage referrals
- Work with and understanding data
- Data management

- Experience in admin support is essential
