**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate Kaiako to teach tauira Te Pīnakitanga ki te Reo Kairangi Level 7. This programme is done through face-to-face delivery at our Raroera campus and is ideal for someone that likes to connect and engage with tauira.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To develop lesson plans and presenting material to tauira
- Monitor and assess assignments, evaluate tauira progress and enabling tauira achievement
- Continuously support, motivate and inspire tauira by promoting a collaborative, inclusive and supportive learning environment.

**About you**:

- Master (L9) or Post Graduate diploma in Te Reo Māori (L8);
- NZ Certificate in Adult & Tertiary teaching L5;
- NZ Certificate in Assessment Practice L4 or equivalent;
- Proven experience in a related role, fluent Te Reo speaker;
- Experience in of facilitating Noho Marae and regular engagement or immersion in ngā kaupapa Māori
