We’re looking for a National ULD & Roster Specialist to join our Primary Connect team here in Aotearoa reporting to our National Transport Manager.
Joining our Transport team you’ll take accountability for effectively managing all activities concerning ULDs (unit load devices i.e. pallets, crates, bins, and any other returnable packaging) and Rosters at a national level.
**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
**Key Responsibilities will include**:
- Ensuring that all ULD and Roster functions are completed end to end, through ownership of key processes and the proactive management of all stakeholders
- Management of safety compliance associated with the handling of ULD’s and the quality and suitability of ULD’s being supplied to Woolworths NZ
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records for all ULD transactions, provide KPI reporting to support effective management of ULD accounts and identify areas of risk to the business.
- Train, develop and support Transport Managers and Assistant Transport managers to achieve robust management of rosters nationally Lead our national store rosters - Maintenance, seasonal planning and new store set up

**To be successful in this position, you will**:
- Operational Experience in Store Operations and / or Supply Chain Operations
- Have excellent computer skills (Excel, Google, 2IC)
- Able to lead and drive performance in a team environment
- Able to Influence and negotiate with key stakeholders
- Ability to forward plan and lead on business critical tasks Visionary - always looking for opportunities to improve ways of working
