**This is a Permanent Full Time position, rostered 40 hours across 5 days from Monday to Sunday.**

As the Counter Manager for Clarins, you'll lead our skincare division with expertise in luxurious formulations and natural ingredients, guiding your team to deliver personalized consultations and exceptional service.

As the Manager for Fragrance, you'll curate an exquisite collection of scents, captivating our clientele with fragrances that leave a lasting impression and creating memorable experiences.

As the Shiseido 2IC (Second in Command), you'll dive into the advanced skincare technology and transformative makeup creations of Shiseido. You'll assist the Counter Manager in driving sales targets, implementing effective merchandising strategies, and providing ongoing training and development for the team.

Your skills will include:

- Experience in the beauty and make up industry desired
- Experiences working in the retail sector is preferred.
- Great customer rapport
- A passion for the beauty industry with desire to succeed and grow the counter.
- A flair for health initiatives and running promotions.
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard of presentation.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
