**The Opportunity**

Reporting into the Estimating and Tendering Manager you'll be joining a team of four, successfully winning and securing future work through tendered and negotiated contracts. Your role will involve:

- Scoping and estimating a range of small
- to large-sized projects, typically between $20,000 and $1m in value
- Drafting work methodologies
- Preparing tender estimates and reviewing contract documents
- Liaising with the Bid Writer to formalise tenders

**Skills & Experience**
- Estimating experience across Construction and/or Infrastructure industry is essential
- Relevant tertiary qualification (or industry specific experience to a similar degree
- Be solutions focused with a 'can do attitude'
- Able to recognise and provide effective value added outcomes for our customers
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ideally have experience using the "Benchmark" estimating package

Working within a comprehensive tendering system, you will have responsibility for the quality delivery of quotes on time and to tight deadlines. Your background will include a successful track record in estimating, combined with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work unsupervised coupled with motivation and a drive to succeed.
