This role involves efficiently overseeing the day to day operation of customer service and deliveries both into and out of the Tumu Havelock North yard. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and overseeing the yard team
- Methodically planning and coordinating all customer deliveries to ensure maximum efficiency
- Receiving inwards goods and monitoring stock to ensure orders arrive on site within agreed customer timeframes
- Communicating with customers every step of the way to ensure expectations are managed and exceeded, even when plans change
- Building a solid rapport with customers and suppliers
- Supporting professional interpersonal relationships with staff ensuring a consistently positive culture
- Physically assisting despatch staff with orders to meet truck loading deadlines
- Ensuring all vehicles are road worthy & comply with legal requirements before going off-site
- Ensuring delivery dockets are signed and payments are received upon delivery What are U aiming for? Key attributes include:
