This is a new role reporting to the General Manager - International Developments. Already operating 5 sites overseas with ambitious plans for continued expansion, the role will work closely with internal and external partners to evaluate and prepare proposals and business cases for new developments.

These are significant complex multi-year projects and each one is unique. For the projects to be successful they require an understanding of the local economy, competitive environment and, often, working with local agencies, regulators and potential partners.

Your involvement will be from initial market evaluation, site identification and feasibility to final signoff for build and commissioning.

The role requires a person who can bring prior experience in financial and business case analysis, ideally in a role where success is achieved by working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. You may bring experience from a CA, Investment Bank or corporate background.
