We are looking for a registered nurse with an interest in orthopaedics and positive attitude to join our outpatient/preadmission team. Our team’s focus is patient centred, and take pride in working collaboratively with the wider team
**Mō te tūranga | About the role**
This is a dual role working in outpatients and pre admission clinic. The role includes assessment and education of patients undergoing elective orthopaedic surgery and triaging referrals.
Orthopaedic experience is not essential as we will provide a comprehensive orientation
**Mōu ake | About you**
- Current registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council and a current APC, with the right to work in New Zealand.
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively,
- Excellent time management, interpersonal and organisational skills
- The ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution focused.
- Previous orthopaedic experience is advantageous

This role belongs to the expired NZNO Collective Agreement and falls between step 1 ($75,773 p.a) and Step 7 ($106,739 p.a pro rata) of the RN scale.
