DHL Express New Zealand has an exciting opportunity for a HIC Agent based in Hamilton.

HIC Agents are responsible for providing support to both internal & external customers with regards to information and services pertinent to the services group. The ultimate goal is for complete customer satisfaction and achievement of DHL global targets/standards by following GSOP.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Maintain good relationships and communication, both verbally and in writing, with all Customers; both internal and external
- Ensure that all shipments - both inbound and outbound - are processed according to local and DHL Network standards
- Ensure that all shipments are processed according to security procedures
- Ensure that all shipments are processed according to government and airline regulations, in relation to the transport of cargo by air and road
- Participate in implementation of change
- Follow all Work Health and Safety Procedures
- This role is 40 hours Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 5:00pm and rostered Saturday between 8:30am - 12:00pm

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Communication skills (English), spoken and written
- Computer literacy and keyboard skills
- Driving License Current and Valid
- Reliability and a can do attitude
- Experience adhering to work health and safety procedures
- Physical fitness - ability to walk, climb, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel and crouch repeatedly

Please note, A relevant/valid working visa is required for applicants from countries other than New Zealand. No consideration will be given to those who do not hold a relevant working visa.
