**About us**

**Team Medical** is a locally owned practice working in association with Green Cross Health. We are an integrated family health centre providing a full range of GP care from Monday to Friday and an Urgent Care service for accidents and urgent medical care open 7 days a week from 8am - 10pm. We also have full X-Ray facilities on site. Due to a Team vacancy we are looking for a receptionist who is available for a minimum of 30 hours per week.

**This is a permanent full time position working up to 30 hours per week across Monday to Sunday.**

**Qualifications & experience**
- A professional attitude, outrageously good customer service and meticulous eye for detail
- Thrives in a busy and diverse environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Good decision making and problem solving skills
- Medtech 32 or Medtech Evolution experience is desirable however training will be provided
- Good people skills with a friendly and outgoing nature
- Can be flexible with hours and able to work evenings and weekends
- Previous medical receptionist experience is desirable but not necessary

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Greeting patients on arrival and checking them in
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Booking appointments on the phone and in person
- Invoicing and collecting fees from patients
- Clerical/Admin tasks as needed
- Cash handling
