The Digital Enablement team are looking for a Trainer to join our team in this exciting role. We need someone with the skills and experience to hit the ground running and help our DE team and wider health environment be the best they can be.

You’ll work closely with and support our Training Coordinator to deliver training and training documentation for our clinical and administrative staff. Your direct input will enable us to enhance and continue to evolve our environment to ultimately deliver ‘better patient outcomes’.

This role predominantly works alongside our Training Coordinator and Applications team. You will need to be flexible, customer focussed and enjoy making a difference

To be successful in this role you’ll have demonstrated experience or training in delivering Training to diverse groups of people; along with:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people - internally and externally.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritise your own workload, as well as taking direction from our Training Coordinator and Applications Team Lead.
- Create and maintain presentations via various media eg Visio, Adobe.
- Understanding of Information systems, practices and procedures.
- A customer centric approach to managing relationships.
- A background in Health would be a huge advantage.
- Enthusiasm, energy and a willingness to get involved
