**The Business** CloudCannon is a software company founded in Dunedin and serves customers from all over the world. CloudCannon’s mission is to connect the world through content collaboration. We offer a Content Management System (CMS) that helps web developers build websites and enables marketing teams to create, update and publish content.
**Job brief** We are looking for someone to manage our payroll, collect receipts, reconcile bank accounts, and send invoices to our customers. These jobs are currently handled by our CRO, and we’ve reached a scale where we need someone working on this part-time.
**Responsibilities**
- Run payroll every two weeks - ensure all employee details are up-to-date and leave is entered into the payroll system.
- Reconcile monthly accounts - match receipts to transactions, and reconcile all transactions in Xero.
- Send invoices - Tally up billable hours, create invoices in Xero, and send invoices to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Attention to detail
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Experience running payroll a plus
