**Job Description**:
**Job Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following**:

- Work directly with key HR stakeholders from across the globe providing input on system capabilities as well as driving ideation, configuration and delivery of enhancements, incidents and service request tickets.
- Specializes and manages a technical function within human resources (HR).
- Serves as a technical specialist for the function.
- Is consulted extensively by associates and others with a high degree of reliance placed on individual's HR interpretations and advice.
- May leads complex HR projects domestically or globally.
- Plans and develops multiple HR projects with unique or controversial problems that have important effects on the organization.
- Receives limited supervision or general direction, with strategic guidance from HR Directors/SVP.
- Involves creative, independent solutions that will be adopted by HR corporate

**Qualifications**:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- BA/BS and 6+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Experience must include advanced knowledge of Workday HCM to diagnose, understand and recommend how to resolve issues or enhance the system
- Must have advanced knowledge of HR, within the scope of the position and often handles moderately complex tasks.
- Advises and participates in the planning, development of strategy and policy related to Workday HCM process execution.
- Provides guidance and feedback to other members of the Workday Support team as it relates to HCM system capabilities or configuration

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Self-starter working on assigned tickets and/or under limited supervision and direction
- Relocation is not available for this position
