The Digital Workplace team are currently looking for a Solution Architect to join the team at Ara Poutama Aotearoa.

The role of Digital Workplace is wide and varied and you will be part of a like-minded team designing the Digital future of Ara Poutama, adopting modern technology and putting it in the hands of people who will benefit the most.
**Success in the role of Solution Architect at Ara Poutama is**:
- Meaningful engagement and collaboration across the digital and business teams
- Expert guidance to projects and stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle with a specific focus on Microsoft and Cloud technologies.
- Development and contribution to strategies, roadmaps and blueprint architectures, ensuring alignment with our human-centered design goals strategies, such as Hōkai Rangi
- Leading delivery of solution architecture artefacts (such as options analysis, conceptual, high level and detailed designs) alongside product teams and vendor partners.
- Ensuring information describing our technology estate is up-to-date and fit for purpose.
- Working alongside enterprise architecture and other teams across Digital, in supporting consistency governance and strategic alignment.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
**To do this role you'll need**:
- A broad understanding of technology products and services, especially cloud services, and understanding of how technology is used to enable business processes and digital outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and team collaboration skills. Experience either in development and implementation of solution architectures, or the digital development space.
- Technical understanding of technology domains - Applications, Data and Information, Cloud, Infrastructure, Integration and Security.
- Other skills that will make you stand out are any experiences working alongside Digital Product environments, working with human-centred design teams and from a technical perspective, knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular SharePoint, Dynamics and Power Platform.
Utu ā-tau | Salary
The midpoint of the salary range is $143,461 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $121,942 - $172,154 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
