Our Hotel is a family owned and operated company located in Central Riccarton, Christchurch.

We are currently seeking a part-time Front Office Receptionist. **Experience in front office hotel reception is preferred.**
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Guest check-ins and check-outs
- Guest reservations and general correspondence
- Cash and credit handling, as well as balancing
- Assisting guests with enquiries
- Providing guests with exceptional customer service
- General office cleaning
- Previous front office hotel experience
- A positive attitude
- **Strong communication and customer service skills**:

- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Initiative and confidence in dealing with unforeseen events
- Good presentation
- Ability to work sole charge and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work over a 7 day roster

**Morning shifts are between **7:30am **and **3pm **. Evening shifts are between **3pm **and 9 **pm **. The flexibility to stay overnight at the hotel some nights is required.
