**About The Role**

We have an opportunity for a Cellar Hand to join our permanent team at our Auckland winery. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, which may change as per business requirements during our annual harvesting period.

This role reports to the Cellar Manager and involves a fair amount of manual labour and concentration to carry out our daily winery operations. The role works in a mostly outdoor, fast-paced environment (especially during our peak/vintage period), with other highly motivated team members.

**About You**

Although previous experience is an advantage, we pride ourselves on our ability to train and develop our team. However, we do ask for the following:

- An interest in winery production and/or operating equipment and machinery.
- An ability to handle and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety standards and procedures.
- A safety mindset, reflecting our “Safety by Choice, not by Chance” company value.
- A sound problem solver with the ability to do so under pressure.
- Flexibility to work additional or irregular hours, including afternoon and night shifts.
- Practical, physically fit, and reliable.
- A team player with a strong work ethic, motivation, and initiative.
