Reporting to the Head of Workplace Relations, you’ll be responsible for:

- Developing and facilitating training programmes for managers and the wider HR team
- Contributing to projects
- Striving for and driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Ensuring business compliance with company policies and employment legislation, including the identification and mitigation of risk and minimisation of financial, legal, and PR costs to the company

Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships is the key to your success You're a self-motivated, friendly team player with excellent project delivery skills. A critical thinker and keen problem solver, your proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders is a strength.

You have:

- 4 + years’ experience in either an; ER role, or legal role, or a generalist HR role with an ER focus
- Solid employment law experience
- Strong relationship building skills to enable you to partner successfully with our employees, leaders and colleagues at all levels
- Experience working in a unionised environment
