- Ability to work under pressure on a busy construction site.
- Strong commitment to safe work practices.
- Be hard-working, reliable, and motivated.
- Able to work on weekends and work overtime.
- Flexible to meet the early morning and late night shifts.
- Physically fit in any conditions - hot, cold, dusty, indoors or outdoors.
- Long-term, full-time commitments needed.
- Able to pass a police check.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Define the objectives and constraints of the design brief through consultations with the client.
- Develop and maintain records such as design drawings, processing procedures, formulas, specifications, and manuals based on interior design requirements.
- Provide detailed descriptions and documentation of the selected construction designs.
- Select, specify, and recommend appropriate products and materials.
- Assist in testing window and door systems.
- Develop and propose suggestions for improving operational procedures and design solutions.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures.
