**Responsibilities of this role**:

- Assisting in examining drawings, work orders and sample parts to determine specifications.
- Assisting in selecting and working with materials such as timber, veneers, particle board and synthetic wood.
- Assisting in marking out, cutting and shaping wood.
- Assisting cabinetmaker in working from drawings and specifications to make cabinets.
- Assisting in fitting hinges, locks, catches, drawers and shelves.
- Assembled parts to form sections of cabinets and completed articles.
- May repair and refurbish cabinets.

**Job pre-requisites**:

- Experience is not mandatory but relevant experience is preferred
- Physically fit and hard-working attitude
- Actively cooperate and coordinate with other teammates.
- Be self-motivated and good problem solving skills
