**Mō te tūnga | About the role**

The Older Persons Mental Health Burwood Day Clinic team at Burwood Hospital are seeking a Registered Nurse, with experience in Mental Health to work alongside OPMH Staff and Consumers. The Burwood Day Clinic encompasses the Memory Assessment Clinic and the OPMH ECT service. Your methodical, organised approach and exceptional interpersonal skills will see you succeed in this role. Working collaboratively with a small team, within a larger service you will be confident in your ability to work under pressure and build successful therapeutic relationships in this diverse and innovative role. This role requires flexibility to work across the wider service in different areas including the Memory Assessment Clinic and the OPMH ECT service.

- You’ll be an experienced Registered Nurse with the ability to work well under pressure within a multidisciplinary team.
- You will be a confident practitioner with exceptional patient assessment skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence and ability to work effectively with a wide range of people
- A demonstrated passion for mental health and dementia work

This is a 0.5FTE fixed term position based at The Burwood Hospital ending September 2025
