**Registered Nurse - Pre Admissions Unit**

**0.8 FTE Permanent position**
- A new exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to join the Pre Admission Service to support the patients Pre-operative Journey.
- Taranaki Base Hospital has a busy Pre admission unit where the perioperative patient attends a clinic in the workup for planned surgery.
- These jobs are Monday to Friday, with the Pre Admission Unit running 0730-1600. Flexibility within these hours will be an option.

**Moū - About you**
- A strong focus on patient assessment
- Surgical / Medical nursing experience - minimum 5 years preferable
- Be adaptable and flexible
- Be committed to self directed learning
- Current Annual Practising Certificate
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ideally have Senior/Expert Nurse PDRP
