**About the role | Mō te Tūranga
You’ll be responsible for:

- Producing clear and useful product content that supports the user experience and discoverability
- Carefully considering content layout, structure, navigation and information hierarchy
- Evolving and governing tone of voice guidelines
- Establishing standards for readability, and accessible and inclusive language
- Contributing to the evolution of our Design System to drive improvements in consistency and productivity
- Using data, research and insights to inform decisions, test and measure content effectiveness, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Actively seeking out ways to improve content processes, workflow and governance
- Building relationships with product owners, designers, UX researchers and the broader content team
- Educating the wider business on UX content best practice

You’ll love this role if you:

- Can demonstrate experience creating customer-focussed copy and user experience
- Understand the importance of content standards, tone of voice, language, and accessibility
- Are curious and love creative problem solving
- Have strong communication skills and can persuade and influence stakeholders, especially when it comes to advocating for customers
- Are highly organised, and comfortable working on multiple things at once
